| The Role: |
Rackspace seeks an individual with a strong desire to move into a Sales position within a financially stable, high-tech company. As a sales generator, you will generate leads directly for the sales team specifically focusing upon our EMEA customer base and working closely with our UK and Nordic Sales teams, via online chat, email, and inbound phone calls. In this position, we will train you on our sales process, the hosting industry, and how to sell competitively while delivering high-quality, screened leads yielding the company's growth objectives. |
| Requirements: |
- Commercial experience in sales/sales support role (ideally within a B2B environment)
- Strong work ethic, energetic, creative, collaborative, team player
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational skills - must be able to multi-task
- Internet savvy and a proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
- Must be willing to work some bank holidays
- Degree required or 3+ years equivalent and relevant commercial experience
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly lead quota with commission earnings potential.
- Must be fluent in at least one Nordic language, specifically Swedish (written and spoken).
